In the bitter cold of winter, you have to be pretty tough to take an ice bath here, but I've seen people do it... I prefer to walk along the lake and just be soaked with sweat (whether from the exertion of walking or the fear of ice swimming, I'll leave to the readers to decide). Lying on the grass by the shore is much more fun in summer. So, I happily continue walking, only dreaming of summer swimming fun...

The route is a bit long if you're on foot. By car, however, it's a breeze. I don't want to walk along the main road, but I can walk almost anywhere. I can now ignore the traffic pretty well if I can, without putting myself in danger.

In November it might be a little chilly to take a break from running, but as summer approaches it is nice and shady here.

Like a Bavarian postcard: Here you have a beautiful view of the community of Wörth from the path. The church tower in particular catches the eye.

I think it's great that on the long (more or less) straight there is a pedestrian and partly combined cycle and footpath that runs parallel to the street.

Crossing the street is made easier by the pedestrian crossing, but requires increased attention due to the late visibility for drivers
