A nice little beach town

The beach is a dream and parts of it are "conquerable" even for me as a wheelchair user. As I can't walk and often travel on my recumbent bike, no one on the boulevard said anything negative or even reported or prohibited us from moving there (slowly and with the necessary caution) on our bikes—— Dutch, after all...👍👍🤗🤗🚲🚲

The path through the dunes is simply wonderful! Wonderfully developed and used almost exclusively by cyclists.

The Hotel Van Oranje has been gutted and a new large modern residential complex is under construction. The major construction site will exist here on the boulevard until at least the end of 2023.

a beautiful village with nice rest stops, great beach and "promenade".

The place itself is very crowded with tourists. Some houses on Wilhelmina Boulevard are already quite run down. Some of them are being renovated or demolished. But the beach and beach cafes are to die for and the location makes up for it.
