Highlight with pitfalls! (actually no highlight!!) Between Stralsund and Greifswald (at least about 7 KM before Greifswald), this continuous cobblestone pavement is your constant companion. Although it is well-laid cobblestone, in the long run it is extremely annoying and uncomfortable. The parallel B 105 is also not a real alternative, as it has no shoulder at all, and you, as a cyclist, end up being the brake for the 40-ton trucks, which understandably doesn't make them happier. My recommendation would be to avoid the direct route between Stralsund and Greifswald, which, however, would likely involve large detours.

Avoid this route if you're on a road bike or gravel bike. It seems endless :D

A beautiful nature reserve. Bicycles must be left outside, but it's definitely a great day trip destination.

Almost no motor vehicles, beautiful old trees with often closed canopy of leaves offer protection from sun and rain.

Yes, you do need more strength and stamina for the 10 km of country road with only cobblestones. I found these old trees on the road with their often closed canopy and the view of the landscape very special. Especially since there were hardly any motorized vehicles sharing the avenue with us. Sun and rain protection included.

Absolute torture, especially when you're travelling with a rigid fork, lots of luggage and narrow tyres. Best to give it a wide berth.
