The visit costs 12,-€ entrance fee (summer 2023) Guided tours are also offered. Since the castle has been rebuilt and built over several times during its long history and it has also been used for other purposes in the meantime, it is difficult to imagine in many places what it must have looked like originally. During restoration work, older remains of the wall were dug up and made accessible.
