Beautiful rest area right by the lake. There's a well near the trail where you can pump water. There are also two barbecue areas in front of and next to the shelter. The shelter can accommodate 4-5 people overnight. Right below the lake, there's a seating area with two benches and a table. There's also a restroom nearby. Perfect for a rest stop on long hikes.

In the small harbors there was always a small restaurant or a place to fill up with water

The trail from Rydebäck to Landskrona takes you along the coastline of the Öresund, gives view on the little island Ven and is mostly natural and gravel path and trail with occasional stretches of paved road. A few stairs are to climb and it is passing through pastures, fields and acres and a small harbor, a camping site with bathing beach and finally the outskirts of Landskrona town. Easy to approach from both South or north - I took the ferry from Elsinore to Helsingborg (49DKK) and a bus (219) to Rydebäck Fortunavägen (43SEK). The way back from Landskrona to Helsingborg with the train was 53SEK.

Great bike path, it's really fun here! We spent a long time on the beach on a Swedish bike tour in the best weather and took the opportunity to cool off in the sea.
