The Hagneck Canal, completed in 1887, is the key site of the Jurassic Water Correction and has therefore quite changed the face of the region.

Great bike tour with a fantastic view above Ins on Lake Neuchâtel and Murten and Mt. Vully. Back over the Hofmannsfluh, the route offers a unique view of Lake Biel and the Chasseral along with a demanding MTB feeling.
