Very nice, not exposed ridge path from Appenzell - escape to Hundwiler Höhe. On the ridge path you can enjoy wonderful views of the Alpstein, the Appenzellerland and Lake Constance. You can be in the sun on almost the entire ridge path, which is a real treat in the winter months. Especially because the sun is so low in winter, this ridge path is a real insider tip for sun seekers. There aren't many benches on the route, but there are all the more beautiful places where you can make yourself comfortable on the meadow with the best view.
