The Vintage Winery Stuttgart Gut Rohreck has made it its mission to preserve viticulture in Rohracker. However, earning a living from it is difficult due to the high workload. Preserving terraced viticulture with traditional methods and purely by hand is time-consuming and involves high economic risk. The solidarity concept provides the vintner with economic planning security and members with transparent participation in production. With this solidarity support, a contribution is made to jointly preserve this diverse cultural landscape and traditional terraced viticulture on the steep slopes of Rohracker.
