Hiking

The Untere Pfandlscharte (2,663 meters) is a historically significant crossing point from the Pinzgau region of Salzburg into the Mölltal valley in Carinthia. At the gap, two mountains of the Glockner Group rise: Schartenkogel (2,857 meters) to the northwest and Spielmann (3,027 meters) to the east. Lake Pfandlsee is located below the gap.
