In summer and winter there is a wonderful view of the surrounding area, of Grötzingen and Berghausen. Also particularly recommended in autumn because of the vineyards. These belong to the Durlach State Winery.

Of course, you also have a view of Grötzingen from other spots (Durlach isn't visible from here).
However, the unpaved path through the vineyards of the state winery is ideal for gazing down into the valley and the hills beyond. Turmberg is to the right and Hopfenberg to the left.
Further up, there's a lovely group of birch trees with two benches offering a view.
