There is a very pretty cathedral at Ely
known as the "Ship of the Fens". It seen from a far as 10 miles away.

At the weekends there is a good market in Ely town centre with great options for coffee and cake. On sundays the Ely Market organisers even provide temporary bike racks for somewhere easy to leave your bike whilst you get your coffee.
