It rises 20 meters into the sky.
With 370 m high Langscheiderhöhe, as the highest point in Langscheid, the perfect place for a lookout tower that offers a sensational view over the village and the surrounding landscape of the Sorpesee. The Langscheid memorial thus creates a place for retrospective, which at the same time enables a view into the here and now.
