Hiking

A nicely laid out rest area invites you to take a break. It's just a shame that this place is in the middle of the forest and only a hundred meters away there is an open space with a beautiful view of the wooded Wittgensteiner Land.

Hiking

A rest stop in the right place: at the top of a climb, the tree felling work also improved the view, allowing us to see the approaching rain and take advantage of the sheltering roof.

Hiking

The village of Herbertshausen has been the geographical center of Bad Laasphe since its municipal reorganization in 1975. The community stone in the Herbertshausen district commemorates this event. It has since become a popular excursion and hiking destination.
