Embark on an easy hike around Spiaggia e Torre di Porto Giunco, a 2.8 miles (4.4 km) round trip that takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes to complete. You will gain 144 feet (44 metres) in elevation as you traverse varied terrain, including sandy paths and sections with shrubs and boulders. The route leads you up a maccia-covered hill to the 17th-century Aragonese Tower, which stands 50 meters above sea level. From the tower, you can enjoy expansive views of the turquoise waters and fine white sand of Porto Giunco beach. You will also see the nearby Stagno di Notteri, a pond known for hosting pink flamingos, and the distant mountains.
