The Ratskeller is located in the historic city center of Bad Langensalza.
We keep a lot of tradition and a rustic ambience.
With a large selection of draft beers, wines and high-quality spirits as well as a modern interpretation of classic German dishes, every visit is an eventful pleasure.
Our kitchen is characterized by passion and tradition.
All dishes are freshly prepared, so schnitzel is tapped, trout cooked in the own smoker, beef cheeks cooked for 5 hours.
