The sailing cross stands at the tip of the old arm of the Weser at the Ritzenbütteler Sand. It was made from steel in the training workshop at Abeking & Rasmussen based on a design by Wolfgang Heidenhuber. The pilgrim's stamp is in a box. It is best to bring your own stamp pad if you want to stamp your souvenir here.
The sailing cross marks station no. 1 of the "Ochtum, Marsch & Moor" pilgrimage route. Info: urlauberkirchen.de/pilgerwege/ochtum-marsch-und-moor.html
