Hiking
This small lake has no source and the water collects exclusively from precipitation. A layer of lettuce prevents the water from seeping away. In hot summers the lake is sometimes dry.

Hiking
The way to Egelsee or Nägelesee leads over dirt roads and gravel forest paths. Sturdy shoes are helpful, but walking shoes are not necessary. :-)

According to the blackboard one does not know exactly why this lake could form here under the geological conditions. The attempt to explain does not seem to me to be obvious.
