Mountain biking
Expensive parking fees, traffic jams or overcrowded public transport - with a bike you can leave such inconveniences behind you. With a little steam or a turbo on an e-bike, you can get to the center of St. Gallen in under 30 minutes by bike from Herisau. Of course, if everything goes well, you can drive there in 15 minutes. The beautiful path along the Gübsensee over the Sitterbrücke is so relaxing that you can start your working day completely relaxed or practically go on a shopping tour through the city by bike.

Mountain biking
Really a good, traffic-free to low-traffic connection. A part between Gübsensee and Herisau leads up and down on the old route of the Appenzellerbahn with a very pleasant incline. Suitable for families!
