This is hard pack until about 100 yds before the kings lane road bridge and then mud, puddles, rocks, mud and a huge puddle before you hit the road by nettlecombe.
The extension south towards Loders is marked as a road on the map but is a potholey farm trail for a bit then extremely muddy single track.
I'd imagine 32mm tyres in summer and 45s in winter would be appropriate.
