Hiking

An ideal location in the 'jaws' of Borrowdale for exploring the surrounding fells, from the most diminutive Wainwright in Castle Crag to the tallest in Scafell Pike.

There's a variety of lodging options, from rooms and log cabins to tent pitches (sold per person). Facilities include a drying room, self-catering kitchen, cafe-bar and restaurant.
