A chapel from 1735 that can be linked to stories of the legendary Bokkenrijders. This gang of robbers was ugly in this region in the 18th century.
Robber Chapel was built on the location where stolen property from the local church was found. The legend is said to refer to kneeling sheep that sensed the location from above. Hence a reference in a painting with the sister in the chapel.
