The pass is also called col de la mina and is located at approx. 2690 altitude. First great view of where you still have to walk to Refuge Juclar. Just below the pass is a cabane. Then it goes further down and right around a hill to a sign where the Coms de Jan is pointed out. (see image).

Hiking

The Meners pass (2719m) is a pass that connects the parishes of Ordino and Canillo. Crossing point of the HRP AND the GRP. Its name comes from the iron mines that we find on the Ransol side and that were exploited during the 17th and 19th centuries. The hill is located between the Pico de la Serrera (2,913 m), in a north-west direction, and the Pico de la Cabaneta (2,865 m), in a south-east direction.
