Cycling

Fortified Romanesque church. The main door is framed by two blind arches. Portal with capitals. The buttresses separating the spans were crowned with corbels formerly supporting the defensive battlements. The nave is made up of four bays, the first covered in a cradle, the next two in cupolas. The choir is covered in a semicircle and the fore-choir in a barrel.

At the crossroads of the North-South and East-West axis, Champmillon is the crossroads for cyclists, to leave on the banks of the Charente to the south towards Sireuil, or the west towards Saint-Simeux. Or to the east to reach Angoulême about 14 kilometers away or to the north, in the direction of Hiersac then Rouillac and Saintongeais.
No refueling possible in Champmillon, continue to Hiersac or Sireuil.
