The square next to the town hall with the drinking water fountain, seating, tourist information and shopping facilities offers a quality of stay that is seldom found in a village. The location of the former synagogue is a little way across the street. In Lahrgasse, Synagogengasse branches off to the right after 100 m.

#Christine you are right. That was my highlight to Friesenheim. Komoot is mixing everything up. I have reported it. I am slowly losing the desire for Komoot. Other highlights of mine have also been removed or changed.
25.5.2026 Komoot reacted quickly and the highlight is now called Rathausplatz Friesenheim again
