Hiking

The goats maintain the landscape here and thus preserve the open space for biodiversity. You run within a fenced area. The wide, well-paved paths lead all around and with a little luck you can watch the goat herd during the growing season.

Hiking

The Boer goat, a breed of meat goat, is a breed of domestic goat that originated in South Africa and is bred primarily for meat production. It descends from the Hottentot goat, which in turn is a descendant of the Nubian goat. Goats from Europe and India were also crossed into the breed. (Source: Wiki)
