The Astrid Chapel is a memorial chapel on Lake Lucerne, in Küssnacht am Riggi. It was built in honor of Astrid of Sweden, Queen of the Belgians, who died in a car accident in 1935. The chapel was inaugurated in 1936. A meadow with a memorial cross completes this small oasis of peace on the lake shore.
