In my opinion, this is one of the most beautiful tours. It has both strenuous and leisurely sections, magnificent views of the mountains and their glaciers, and a few aha moments.

The Fenêtre d'Arpette (elevation 2 525 meters/8,284 feet) is a rocky mountain pass located right in between the Pointe des Écandies et le Génépi. From here, you have an insane view over the Trient valley, the Émosson dam, the Swiss Alps and the Dents du Midi.
