Hiking
Today, in the beautiful warm weather, we went hiking in the forest 🌞🚶🚶🌞. It was very pleasant and beautiful; we haven't been in the Rüstjer Forest in a long time.👋
The Milchbockweg (Milk Bock Trail) gets its name from the 1960s tradition of collecting milk cans. The horse-drawn cart driver would drive up to this milk bock and load the heavy milk cans onto the cart at the same height. This meant the horse-drawn cart driver didn't have to get off and on.

Hiking
Large parking lot in the middle of the forest, which can be used as a starting point for hikes. Another small parking lot is located approx. 500 meters further in the direction of Horneburg (komoot.de/highlight/3753895)
