    Hiking

On the Sentiero del Barolo and just a few kilometers from La Morra lies the tiny town of Annunziata. The Romanesque-Baroque complex of the former Benedictine abbey of San Martino di Marcenasco is well worth seeing. The church dates from the 17th century and the apse and bell tower date from the 15th century.

In the cellars of the abbey you will find the cantina and the museum Ratti dei Vini d'Alba. The entrance is next to the facade of the church (renatoratti.com/).
