The cycle path through the Schozach valley runs along the former railway line of the Marbach - Heilbronn/South line. As is usual, railway lines have only slight inclines and declines, making it ideal for cycling. Between the Öttinger Mühle and just before the Schozacher Bahnhöfle, the cycle path leaves the former route, which in this area once led through the current gravel works on the other side of the stream.
