The forest cemetery is located on the western edge of Schöneiche and borders directly on the Berlin city forest. He is subordinate to the evangelical parish of Schöneiche. The cemetery, which is around 6,940 m² in size and was founded around 1900, gets its forest character from the many trees on the site. The local pastor and the nuns of the local nursing home, many doctors, artists, scientists, writers and craftsmen are buried in the cemetery.
