The passage is really narrow and the bridge over the Oder is long, but you can easily cross it. It may be difficult to pass other people or bicycles parked in the middle - heads put/hang bicycles and climb down to the pillars below. There's a bit of adrenaline to make life more enjoyable 🤪. There are railings on both sides of the large bridge over the river.
