Hiking
At the viewpoint Nadlersrast, named after the former forest ranger Ludwig Nadler, one has in favorable meteorological visibility conditions long-distance views to the peaks / ridges in the Rothaargebirge, Kellerwald, Habichtswald, Knüll and Rhön (Kuppenrhön / Hess. Kegelspiel). Even the Hercules statue on the Karlsberg / Kassel can be identified. There are also charming views of Storndorf and the Schwalm Valley. In addition, there is a directional disc attached, with the help of which you can read how the mountains are called on the horizon and more detailed descriptions of the mountains.
