Ride along the green lane from the main road near Longshaw estate. Head towards the weird looking construction in the middle of the moor. That is the railway exhaust shaft from Totley tunnel that runs all along under this moor from Grindleford. The track itself heads more downhill. Watch out for a path on your right that takes you back towards Big moor or continue for a great rocky descent. Near the end of this, either turn right to Sheep Skulls or left to track around Wimble Holme hill and towards Blackamoor. Choices, choices 👍

Pretty rutted in places and more suited to MTBs than gravel bikes but it’s still doable if you don’t mind getting off on the trickier bits
