Olivia Star. It is the tallest building in the Tri-City. It is 180 meters high. By the inhabitants of Old Oliwa, called the Tower of Sauron (a reference to J.R.R. Tolkien's novel "The Lord of the Rings"), due to the gigantic, overwhelming dimensions, in their opinion, not matching the intimacy and historical, low-rise buildings of this part of the city.
