In order to prevent flooding when the Inn is flooded, most of the course of the Rott in the Inn valley is accompanied by flood dikes and the Rott has become a narrow, unnatural body of water. From the confluence of the Hammerbach, which is largely fed by the Mangfall, the Rott runs for the last 2 km in the alluvial forest that accompanies the Inn.

... well, the bridge itself is not really a highlight, the field and forest path leads there and the Rott are definitely worth seeing - a nice alternative to the main road Marienberg/Tattenhausen...
