The "1st Viennese Water Hiking Trail" was set up in 1998 to mark the 125th anniversary of the 1st Viennese high spring pipeline. The path leads along the most beautiful sections of the line route. The headwaters of the first high spring line include the Schneeberg, the Rax and the Schneealpe.
