Built in 1747 on the site of the school building that was completely destroyed in the great town fire. Students were taught here until 1973; today it serves as a Protestant community center.

The school building, built in 1747, is right next to the Georgskirche. It is a large half-timbered building that replaced the building destroyed in the town fire in 1693. Teaching continued here until 1973. Today it is the evangelical parish hall.
