Located at the top of the San Antón hill, ruins and remains of Iberian, Roman and Visigothic settlements have been found. The stone castle of Berrueco is the most important strategic castle in the region of Jaén. Located between Torredelcampo and Fuerte del Rey. The castle was built by the Muslims during the 12th century.
