Linked series of small FACTORY BUILDINGS. The middle part was built as a shoe factory for C.G. van der Heijden, circa 1860 in a simple architectural style. Expanded on the south side in about 1905 with an engine room and chimney and a STEAM SHOE FACTORY. A production hall on the north side. Now beautifully converted into homes.
