Lindberg. Hiking in the Bavarian Forest has been enjoying great popularity for a long time. Local historian Sepp Probst knows: Even the good Lord was already strolling through the Bavarian tribal area at the time. Traces of him can still be found today at the so-called Hansl Cross near Lindberg in the Regen district. Today there is a place of pilgrimage at this point, but it is increasingly being forgotten.
