The Chapel of Nossa Senhora da Penha de França
Framed by the Vista Alegre factory complex, this 17th century chapel is not only a national monument but also an artistic gem. It houses one of the most magnificent tombs in the region: the mausoleum of Dom Manuel de Moura Manuel, Bishop of Miranda and Rector of the University of Coimbra, whose country house was located on this site.
