Unfortunately, the cycle paths are only partially good. The large, loose stones make the ride unpleasantly bumpy. The contents of the panniers are shaken around violently. Not exactly for unsteady riders and fragile cargo, e.g. cameras, etc.

The beech forest is undoubtedly a feast for the eyes, but the uphill and downhill sections of the route we rode can be quite strenuous at times. Especially when the battery on a pedelec runs out of power or when riding simple rental bikes.
