The Meta Lake Trail is fully accessible and suitability for all mobility levels. Interestingly, it's bounded by a young forest that was protected from the Mount St. Helens blast by being under a deep blanket of snow. Make sure you grab an interpretive pamphlet from the container near the trailhead.
