Mountain biking
An entertainingly wiggly, but still reasonably surfaced trail (so good for all weathers) up to Black Belling, which, contrary to expectation, isn't a cooker, but a magnificent viewpoint from which you can see the reservoir and much of the surrounding scenery.
And the ride down the other side is a leisurely hoot, too.
