The former restaurant “Panorâmico De Monsanto” is located in Parque Florestal de Monsanto - an extensive recreational area in northwest Lisbon.
A few years ago an insider tip and only passable through a “hole in the fence”, it is now freely accessible. One of the stairways is blocked off with bars. Otherwise the building is relatively safe to enter.
The viewing platform offers a great 360 ° panoramic view of the city.
