Mountain biking
A really great and very varied landscape. The roads are easy to drive.
Everywhere, again and again, you can find water pipes and waterworks that supply the island with drinking water.

Hiking
This recreational area has picnic areas, barbecues and many trails to explore. It is a perfect place to take a break before continuing the march. Currently camping is not allowed.

Hiking
Mar-2025 Part of the hiking trails to Realejo Alto were closed due to forest fire damage. It was impossible to get through. Unfortunately, there was no information at the start of the tour in Realejo Alto either.
