The Dragon Bank (Dragebænken) is located in the Årup Skov forest, south of Aabenraa.
Årup Skov once belonged to the Søgård estate, which belonged to the noble Ahlefeldt family in the Middle Ages. The forest was primarily used as a hunting ground. At the Drachenbank you have a wonderful view over the fjord near Aabenraa.
