A short detour to the medicinal plant trail is worthwhile. On a total of 15 signs you learn all sorts of different medicinal plants and trees, their mode of action and use. The nature trail is a circular route and there is a short (two kilometers) and a long (three kilometers) version.

Update June 2025: This trail is no longer worth the effort.
Many signs are illegible or broken, and apart from the trees, which are difficult to disperse, we haven't found a single one of the named plants.
