This is the summit of the 18km Mare de Deu del Mont climb. There is a restaurant / café, with a wonderful outdoor terrace with views over the Garrotxa, the Pyrenees, and all the way to the Mediterranean Sea. There is a sculpture of Jacint Verdaguer, who lived up at the top in the hermitage for several years. Long but rewarding climb. Great scenery and a nice view from the top.
Restaurant on top.
There is a fountain a couple of kms descending on the left side.
